Radiohead have not enthralled me this much since OK Computer. More specifically, the song "Meeting In The Aisle," a b-side, had inspired me greatly and put me in such a receptive mood. I remember buying blue Christmas tree lights, stringing them above my bed, and awake until 3AM listening to Radiohead music of that era. I'd read a book, make sketches, write essays, all while listening to that song under blue lights in the early AM hours. I've not felt that way with their music (or much other music) since then, and that was about a decade ago. The following video is so visually arresting to me, and the sound is right there, too. A fun fact about the video is that absolutely no cameras were used during the production of the video. Laser scanners instead fed information directly into computers for real-time 3D modeling of people, parties, and landscapes. Stunning...
